Generic Shipping Policy

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers who make a purchase at www.pulastyaayurveda.in, a website operated by Pulastya Ayurveda. If you have any queries or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

• Shipping Option and Delivery Cost

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.

1. No Minimum Order Value: There is no minimum purchase required to avail free shipping.
2. Pan-India Coverage: Free delivery is applicable to all serviceable pincodes within India.

• Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped the same day, all orders placed after that will be shipped the next day. All orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be dispatched from our warehouse on Monday or the next business day.

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address after the customer has placed the order.

• Tracking Your Order

Once a customer's order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information. The customer will be able to track his package directly on the carrier's website.

• International Order

We do not accept purchases from other countries outside India. Our items are for sale in India only.
