Generic Shipping Policy

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at www.pulastyaayurveda.in website operated by Pulastya Ayurveda. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

• Shipping Option and Delivery Cost

1. Free Delivery Or Local Delivery 3-5 Days

We offer free shipping option in Bihar only, if the total order amount exceeds ₹1499 during checkout. If the minimum amount is not met, then Local Delivery cost will be charges on each item. Local Delivery charge on each item is ₹40.

2. Regional Delivery 5-9 Days

Regional Delivery charge on each item is ₹65. Regional shipping charges will be applicable if the shipping address is from the following state – Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Jharkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Tripura and West Bengal.

3. National Delivery 7-15 Days

National Delivery charge on each item is ₹90. National Delivery charges will be applicable if the shipping address is from the following state - Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Dadar & Nagar, Diu & Daman, Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andaman and Nicobar, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Pondicherry, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Lakshadweep.

• Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped the same day, all orders placed after that will be shipped the next day. All orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be dispatched from our warehouse on Monday or the next business day.

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address after the customer has placed the order.

• Tracking Your Order

Once a customer's order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information. The customer will be able to track his package directly on the carrier's website.

• International Order

We do not accept purchases from other countries outside India. Our items are for sale in India only.

• Return and Refund

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy for detailed information about our returns and refund procedures.
