Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.pulastyaayurveda.in operated by Pulastya Ayurveda.


What are the conditions for return?

  • Received damaged product
  • Received defective product
  • Received wrong product (not as per specification)

If the delivered product conform to the above mentioned return term/s then the customer may request a return/refund within 24 hours from receipt of the product. We will not accept return/refund requests from the customer after expiry of the above time period.

Note - There are following conditions not be eligible under return/refund -

  • The customer accepts the product with the knowledge that the product is in a damaged condition at the time of delivery.
  • Product has been misused/intentionally damaged by customer.


How to place return request?

The customer may raise return/refund request through the company customer care email.

Customer have to describe the reason for request return/refund in email also attached following relevant proof -

  • Original invoice/Sale receipt
  • Unboxing video of the product package (Max Size 25MB)

Processing of return/refund request

Once we receive the customer’s email regarding the return/refund request, our team of professionals will inspect it. It is to be noted that after inspecting the conditions of the delivered products through unboxing video of the product package, it will be decided whether a return/refund will be initiated or not and the same will be informed to the customer.

Note – Processing of return/refund request may usually take 1-3 working days.

Once the customer’s return/refund request is accepted, our professional team will schedule a return pick-up date and the same will be communicated to the customer.

Instructions for return pick-up

  • Customer must return the product at the time of pick-up, unused, in original condition along with original invoice/sales receipt, packaging with branded outer box, price tags, labels, free gifts and other original accessories, if any.
  • At the time of return pick-up the product must be ready for return pick-up.

Note – If our delivery agent feels that the customer has not completed our above mentioned instructions for return pick-up at the time of return pick-up, our delivery agent may reject the product for return pick-up.


Refund Process

Once we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and initiate a refund, the money will then be refunded to the original payment method you have used during purchase.

Each method of payment has a different time limit for refund status which we have provided below.

  • Credit / Debit Cards – 5-10 working days.
  • Net Banking – 2-10 working days.
  • Wallets – 1-3 working days.
  • UPI – 1-2 working days.

Note – 

  1. Service charges, shipping charges paid by the customer while placing the order will not be refunded.
  2. Any promotional offers, coupon codes will not be refunded. It is for one time use only and if the product is being purchased using the coupon code, it will be considered used even if the order is cancelled by the customer.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are not allowed if the product has been shipped. Customer may cancel the order if the product is not shipped. The Customer may place a cancellation request through the Company’s customer service email.
  • The customer can also place a cancellation request through WhatsApp.
  • The customer must mention the reason for the cancellation request in the email and also mention the name, order ID.
  • Once the cancellation request is accepted the money will be returned to the source mode of payment.
  • The money will appear in the customer’s account based on the customer’s source mode of payment.

Note - Money will appear in the account of different payment modes as per the time frame given below.

  • Credit / Debit Cards – 5-10 working days.
  • Net Banking – 2-10 working days.
  • Wallets – 1-3 working days.
  • UPI – 1-2 working days.
